The FCC is asking for comments on whether or not Cable’s lack of PEG inclusion on the Programming Guides and the Cable practice of placing PEG on certain channels and tiers is harming the channels growth and ability to reach subscribers.
The Notice of Inquiry specifically asks about PEG Access concerns about the challenges faced by PEG with respect to Cable Companies carriage of the channels.
We cannot miss this invitation by the FCC to seek our comments on these important issues to our future relevance and survival. We need to be on the HD tier and have our channels included in the Electronic Program Guides!
