MassAccess Leadership

The leadership team at MassAccess is comprised of professionals working in community media. We’re just like you, focused on free speech and dedicated to the growth of our industry.

We’re your source for information gathering, resource sharing and networking opportunities. Our rallying cry is that we’re in this together. Our hope is that working together, we can keep moving our industry forward.

Our Structure

Our organization governs with a volunteer Board of Directors and support from volunteer committees. We’re a registered 501 (c) 6 nonprofit organization, and we work without employees. It’s a big job, but we’re happy to provide the service.

Our Board of Directors has the desire to lead our worthy pursuit into an uncertain future. Hundreds of non-profit media centers across the Commonwealth are counting on this grassroots effort. You can help us provide the support needed across the state. By joining our team, you can help us lead.

  • David Gauthier
    David Gauthier


    A native of Salem, Massachusetts, David has been the Executive Director of Winchester Community Access & Media since 2011. David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Salem State University and uses those skills communicating with MassAccess membership through written releases and messages. David is also a member of the Public Policy Committee with the organization and enjoys the challenge of working with lobbyists and legislators in an attempt to secure a viable future for community media in Massachusetts and beyond.

    Michael Lynch


    Michael Lynch has over 20 years’ experience working in public access television. He started as a volunteer on a family produced show, and is now the Executive Director for Milton Access Television. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications for Quinnipiac University. Michael is also a member of Rotary International, and was elected to the Mass Access Board in December of 2017.

    Eric Dresser


    Eric Dresser is the Executive Director of Whitman Hanson Community Access and was previously the founding Executive Director of Hingham Community Access & Media (HCAM). Eric has served on the MassAccess Board of Directors since 2015 and also serves on the nominating committee for the national board of the Alliance for Community Media. Eric is drawn to these professional/trade organizations in order to learn and share best practices and advocate for the important services the industry provides.

  • Carol McGilvray
    Carol McGilvray

    Carol McGilvray is the Director of Marketing and Educational Services at Plymouth Area Community Television, where she has worked for 14 years. With over 10 years of experience in marketing, public relations and advertising in Boston, she worked with clients such as FedEx and AT&T. Carol joined the Mass Access Board of Directors in 2017.

  • Greg Dolan
    Greg Dolan

    Greg is the Executive Director of Danvers Community Access Television and has been involved in community media for over 10 years.  He has a bachelor’s degree from Endicott College and is still involved with the Endicott community as part of their Alumni Council.  Greg is passionate about building community through media and loves how different every day is at his job.  Greg joined the Mass Access Board of Directors in 2018.

  • Jonathan Grabowski
    Jonathan Grabowski

    Jonathan Grabowski has been the Executive Director of Marshfield Community Television since 2008 and has over 15 years’ experience in the television production world. Jonathan was previously the Vice-Chairman of the Hanover Community Media Committee and served as a consultant to the Town of Norwell’s Cable TV Committee. He is a former two term President of the Marshfield Chamber of Commerce and a member of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce’s Government Affairs Committee.

  • Brendon White Holland
    Brendon White Holland

    After attending high school in Springfield, Brendon headed out to Brigham Young University where he began studying Chemical Engineering and worked as an Audio Engineer/Technician. He soon learned that A/V Production is way more fun than Chemistry, and decided to dedicate his studies to live and recorded audio and live video production.

    Brendon has worked with platinum-selling musical artists, world-renowned comedy and dance groups, and nationally broadcasted collegiate sports. Brendon has been with Focus Springfield since early 2014. Outside of the studio, Brendon likes to climb, follow Phish, sail, and hike with his lovely fiancé and dog.

  • Katie Duval
    Katie Duval

    Katie Duval is the Executive Director at Bedford TV, where she’s been for the past year and a half. Before then, she spent 3 years as the Director of Member Services at NewTV in Newton. She also worked in Hingham as HCAM’s Production Coordinator.

    Katie is a graduate of UMass Amherst and is a staunch supporter of community media who volunteers her time at her hometown center, HCAM in Hopkinton.

  • Nancy Albertson
    Nancy Albertson

    Nancy Albertson is the Assistant Executive Director at Billerica Access Television, Inc. (BATV). Nancy has been involved with public access since she was in high school when she started as a volunteer. Before becoming the Assistant Executive Director, she held three prior positions at BATV: Youth Coordinator, Programming Coordinator, and Media Systems Coordinator. She also worked at WCAC-TV in Wellesley (now WellesleyMedia) and Winchester Community Access & Media. Nancy studied Video & Radio Production at the New England Institute of Technology in Rhode Island and obtained a BS in Digital Film & Video Production from The New England Institute of Art. Nancy has a passion for community media and is excited to serve on the MassAccess Board of Directors.
