Charlie has been a dedicated member of the community media world since 2017. They started as the creator of Who’s Pulling the Strings, a comedic social justice and political education series that has earned awards from both Mass Access and the Alliance for Community Media for voter education. Charlie is passionate about using media to build community, amplify underrepresented voices, and make information more accessible and entertaining. They have a special interest in working with veterans, grassroots organizations, and they thrive when bringing people together through storytelling, events, and creative outreach. With a love for all things Instagram, Canva, and Constant Contact, Charlie brings a strong digital communications perspective to their work. Their inspirations—Fred Rogers, Bob Ross, LeVar Burton, Shari Lewis, and Britney Spears—reflect their belief in the power of kindness, creativity, and authenticity.
