The Executive Director serves as the chief executive officer and principal spokesperson for Leominster Access Television or Leominster.TV (LTV).  Key responsibilities include a variety of start-up related and fundraising activities, and oversight of such areas as outreach, promotion, training, production, and programming.  This creative person must lead and inspire others, ensure the fair and equitable delivery of services, and encourage the growth of diverse and quality programming.  The Executive Director reports to the Leominster Telecommunications Corporation (LTC) Board of Directors, must work effectively in a team environment, and interact well with leaders of local government, schools and organizations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operations of this growing public access organization with seven staff and a budget in excess of $600,000. This job requires administrative and management skills that include but are not limited to: fiscal, human resources, community relations etc. TV production experience a plus. We are looking for a person with experience to lead LTV through the many technological challenges/changes and growth that will be encountered in the coming years. Salary commensurate with experience.
