To DOWNLOAD programs: click on the File command or the Download File button.
Do NOT click on "Add to Queue" or "Add" unless you have set up "Remote Configuration" on your local Telvue server or installed Trac-M on your Tightrope server to link your server to MyMassTV Network.
If you are not sure, then you are probably not remotely configured.
