Mr. Golden, an ESC consultant since 2002, has worked with a number of nonprofit clients, ranging in size from under $100,000 to over $70 million, in the areas of organizational change, board development, strategic management, and marketing. Recent clients include NewTV, Grub Street, New Center for Arts and Culture, and the Bostonian Society. He also served as the interim Chief Operating Officer for the Jewish Community Center of Greater Boston, a multifaceted nonprofit social service agency that operates early learning, health and wellness, summer day and overnight camps, family, teen, and senior programs. Neil joined ESC with over 25 years of experience managing organizations, and selling and marketing complex semiconductor manufacturing equipment and components worldwide.
Prior to joining ESC Les Goldstein was most recently Chief Executive Officer of Ascentis Corporation, a provider of human capital management services to corporations which includes such capabilities as payroll, benefits enrollment, time management, recruiting; etc. Prior to Ascentis Mr. Goldstein was CEO of InterPay, Inc. the fifth largest payroll company in the United States before it was sold to Paychex, Inc. Mr. Goldstein has also served as Executive Vice President at Fleet Bank and was Chief Operating Officer of Advantage Systems, a provider of cash management services for the banking industry. During this time Advantage System, Inc. was sold to ADP. Mr. Goldstein has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of general management and strategic business development. He currently sits on several corporate boards and has previously served on advisory boards to both IBM and Compaq Computer.
