Tightrope Media Systems is seeking a Support Technician to join our growing team. The candidate will be focused on PC based systems with customized software. Application will include (large and small scale) digital signage, broadcast automation, video servers and instant replay systems. The Support Technician will need to adapt to the knowledge level of the customer to support Tightrope’s ZEPLAY, Carousel and Cablecast products. This ranges from customers with very limited technical abilities, all the way up to a high-level engineer or programmer.
